Painting in Melbourne CBD
Almost no CBD job is just painting. It is a lift booking, a loading dock window, a building manager who wants a certificate of currency and SWMS on file, and a two-hour slot where the goods lift is actually yours. We do that groundwork before quoting a date, which is why our CBD start dates hold.
For hospitality and retail we work overnight as standard. A cafe closes at four and opens at seven the next morning to a finished room - low-odour, fast-cure systems make that possible without a chemical smell greeting the first customer.
Residential towers are their own thing again: tight access, shared corridors that can't be blocked, and neighbours who did not sign up for a 7am sander.
