Decking, Fences & Pergolas
What this job actually involves
Grey, furry decking is almost never dead - it is weathered. Sanded back and re-oiled, a fifteen-year-old merbau deck goes back to looking like the day it was laid, for a small fraction of a rebuild.
Fences and pergolas are the same story. We check for rot and loose fixings first, call out anything genuinely beyond saving, and coat the rest with a system built for Australian UV.

How it runs
Four stages, and you know where we are in them.
Clean & assess
Pressure wash, then an honest read on which boards are worth keeping.
Sand back
Machine sanded to bare timber so the coating actually penetrates.
Repair
Punch nails, replace the boards that failed, tighten the fixings.
Coat
Two to three coats of oil or stain, applied with the grain, not sprayed and hoped.
