What this job actually involves
Commercial work is a logistics job with painting attached. Building manager approvals, certificates of currency, lift bookings, loading dock windows, after-hours access - we handle that paperwork rather than turning up and discovering a locked dock.
Sites are left safe and clean at the end of every shift, not at the end of the job. Staff walk in to a working office, not drop sheets.

Walk-through with your site contact, defects closed out same week.
