What this job actually involves
Melbourne throws sun, salt air and horizontal rain at the same wall in one week. That is why exterior work gets pressure washed, scraped back to sound substrate, and primed on every bare patch before we open a topcoat.
Weatherboards get puttied and the rot flagged early. Render gets checked for movement cracks. Eaves, fascia and gutters get cut by hand - it is the detail people actually see from the footpath.

How it runs
Four stages, and you know where we are in them.
Assess & wash
High-pressure clean, mould treatment, and an honest note on any rotten timber.
Prep & repair
Scrape, sand, fill, replace bad boards, treat rust, seal every gap.
Prime
Bare timber, bare render and every patch gets a proper primer, not a thinned topcoat.
Two topcoats
Applied in the right weather window, cut by hand at every edge.
